Gaming on Top: Terms of Service

Using our services

The terms of this agreement (Terms of Service) govern the relationship between the customer (hereinafter “customer”) and GAMING ON TOP Ltd and its affiliates (hereinafter “Gaming on Top”) regarding your use of Gaming on Top’s website and related services (the “Service”). Use of the Service is also governed by Gaming on Top’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering with and purchasing from our site the customer agrees to the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing offered products and services. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% complete, current, or error-free. By placing an order with us, the liability is upon the customer to confirm that the item received is a reasonable equivalent to that which was represented on the website. If the item is found to be an unreasonable equivalent than it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. If the Gaming on Top team agrees with the customer’s assessment, then we will offer upon return of the purchase a replacement service or equivalent dollar credit towards another transaction.

Users may use this site solely for their own personal or internal purposes. Each user agrees that it shall not copy, reproduce or download any Gaming on Top Content for the purpose of re-selling or re-distributing Gaming on Top’s content, mass mailing (via emails, wireless text messages, physical mail, or otherwise), operating a business that competes with Gaming on Top, or otherwise commercially exploiting Gaming on Top’s content. Systematic retrieval of Gaming on Top’s content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices, or manual processes) without express written permission from Gaming on Top is prohibited. In addition, the use of Gaming on Top’s content for any purpose not expressly permitted in this agreement is prohibited.

No user shall undertake any scheme to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks used by Gaming on Top, its staff, or any other user, and no user shall attempt to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.

Third Party Rights

As a condition of your access to and use of the site, you agree that you will not use our services to infringe the third party rights of others in any way. In appropriate and necessary circumstances, Gaming on Top will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of the third party rights of others. In addition, Gaming on Top reserves the right to terminate the account of any user if Gaming on Top believes that the user’s conduct is harmful to the interests of Gaming on Top, its employees, directors, affiliates, users or customers, or for any other reason at Gaming on Top’s discretion, regardless of cause.


A customer may only cancel the order after a purchase if its a currency-based order, there is a significant reason, and Gaming on Top has not delivered the goods to the customer yet. If the customer’s order is a service, Gaming on Top only accepts a refund request if work on the mission has not started at all. In all other cases, refunds are only possible if Gaming on Top may not be able to completely finish the customer’s order. To know more about the rules of special cases, please contact us.

Gaming on Top reserves the right to cancel and refuse any order at its own discretion.

In the case of a refund, Gaming on Top will refund the payment within 48 hours. A refund processing fee of up to $10 USD may apply.


Our standard business hours for support and item delivery are from 9am – 12pm (UTC+1/GMT+1).

For power-levelling services, Gaming on Top usually starts working within a few hours of the order, depending on the extent of order and the game. Unless the client places their order in the late evening or “higher forces” such as e.g. server maintenance work prevents Gaming on Top’s employees from logging into an account, Gaming on Top guarantees to start working on the client’s account within 24 hours after the order placement. Also, the delivery time depends on the client’s availability to forward the access code in games like Elder Scrolls Online or when using the Steam client.

For item deliveries, Gaming on Top will contact the client in the game to deliver face-to-face. The client shall please trade back an item on each in-game trade, and not talk about money or Gaming on Top within the game. During business hours (9am-12pm, UTC+1), delivery is usually within 10-15 minutes. Gaming on Top guarantees a delivery within 12 hours for all currency products, provided the availability of the customer.

Customer’s responsibility

All items, which are for sale on, remain sole property of the game author company, which will be a subject to the corresponding companies’ Terms of Service. After successful delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to use and play with the received goods or services. Gaming on Top is no longer responsible for any loss or damage due to any unauthorized activity on the customer’s account. Gaming on Top sells time in form of service. It does not claim to be the owner or representative of the trademarks, brands and intellectual properties of others, as these remain the property of their original copyright owners.

This site does not offer any physical products or property. Gaming on Top does not intend to infringe on any intellectual property rights. Our sole purpose is to give our clients the opportunity to get better in games and have a better game experience. We respect copyright, and remove copyrighted materials as soon as we are notified of them.


We are not in a partnership or affiliate in any way with the non-advertised game author company or any of its brands. When you are purchasing from Gaming on Top, you are buying our employees’ time in form of service.

Gaming on Top shall not be considered in breach of its Terms of Service to the extent that performance of its respective obligations is prevented by an event of Force Majeure that arises after the effective date of the order. Reasons that can be considered a Force Majeure include, but are not limited to, war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations under the contract.

Fraud Prevention

Gaming on Top has ZERO TOLERANCE for any case of fraud regarding payments and access to or acquisition of customer information on our website. We reserve the right to forward the fraudulent verification information such as telephone number or personal data to a payment or payment security provider such as PayPal or Skrill for further review if any trouble occurs with your payment (e.g. charge back attempts, unclear payment). Gaming on Top aggressively prosecutes to the fullest extent of law against those perpetrators apprehended while conducting fraudulent activities on its website. We work with local, national and international fraud investigation agencies, and employ a variety of electronic and other means to discourage, detect and intercept fraudulent activities.

Modifications to policy

The site reserves the right to modify, alter or add to this policy, and all affected persons should regularly check back regularly to stay current on any such changes.


In case any provision in these terms or in any security or coupon shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
